What is minca?

MINCA offers experiential courses designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and regain clarity, especially in moments of transition.

We use a mix of tools and exercises inspired by performance artist Marina Abramović, mindfulness practices from around the world, and original practices we’ve developed over time.

Each session is a chance to step away from the noise and return to yourself.

OUR METHODOLOGY

we believe in learning by doing and by feeling. our methodology integrates 4 key elements:

  1. Mindfulness — practices that train attention and presence.

  2. Movement — connecting body and mind through conscious action.

  3. Making — creative exercises that help you express and explore.

  4. Meaning — reflection and journaling to integrate your experience.

Each “M” offers a doorway.

Together, they help you move from overwhelm to focus, distraction to clarity, and restlessness to calm.
