What Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data we need to run MINCA and serve you well. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

Data you give us directly

  • Newsletter and waitlist sign-ups: your name and email address, collected through forms on this Website and through our email platform.

  • Purchases: your name, email address, billing details, and country, collected when you buy a digital product (such as a downloadable PDF or program). Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor and never stored by us.

  • Instagram and chat interactions: if you message us or comment on our Instagram account (@letsminca) and request a resource, our messaging automation tool processes your Instagram username and message content in order to send it.

  • Event registrations: your name and email address when you register for an in-person event through our ticketing platform.

  • Correspondence: anything you choose to share when you email us or reply to our newsletters.

Data collected automatically

  • Website analytics and cookies: our website platform collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. See the Cookies section below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health data. If you voluntarily share health information with us (for example, mentioning a condition or surgery in an email or message), we treat it with care, use it only to respond to you, and never sell it.

We never sell your personal data, and we never send you marketing emails without your consent.

Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers ("data processors") to operate MINCA. Each processes personal data on our behalf under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, analytics, and checkout (privacy policy)

  • Kit — email newsletters, sign-up forms, and subscriber management (privacy policy)

  • ManyChat — Instagram message and comment automation (privacy policy)

  • Google Workspace — business email and document storage (privacy policy)

  • Payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal, via our website checkout) — secure payment handling

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

This Website uses cookies provided by our website platform, Squarespace. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, security and checkout cookies). Others help us understand site traffic through analytics. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Email subscribers: for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address is suppressed from future mailings, and we periodically delete inactive records.

  • Customers: purchase and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law (generally a minimum of four years, and up to six years for accounting records).

  • Correspondence: for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our exchange.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given, at any time and free of charge.

Every marketing email we send also includes an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.

Children

This Website and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 14 years of age (the age of digital consent in Spain). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
