Who We Are
This website, www.minca.es (the "Website"), and the products sold through it are operated by Julia Stewart, a self-employed professional (trabajadora autónoma) registered in Spain, trading as MINCA ("MINCA," "we," "us," or "our").

By using this Website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our [Privacy Policy] and [Disclaimer & Health Disclaimer]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.
Our Products
MINCA sells digital products, including downloadable PDF guides and online programs consisting of video routines and accompanying materials. Each product's content is described on its sales page. All products are for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser only.
Our movement content is educational and is not medical advice. Please read our Disclaimer & Health Disclaimer before purchasing or practising, and consult your doctor before beginning any new movement routine.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes never affect purchases already completed. Promotional or founding-member prices apply only during the period stated and are not applied retroactively.
Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, by download link or email, or by access credentials for program materials. If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time, check your spam folder first, then contact us at julia@minca.es and we will put it right.
Program access. Where a program is described as offering lifetime access, this means access for the lifetime of the program — for as long as MINCA continues to offer it. Downloadable materials you have saved remain yours to keep even if the program is ever discontinued. Access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared (see License below).
Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
All sales of digital products are final.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately, where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and receiving immediate access, you give this consent and acknowledgement.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned: once you have the files or access credentials, delivery cannot be undone.
Goodwill exceptions. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate purchase, a technical problem we cannot fix, or a genuine mistake — email us at julia@minca.es and we will do our best to help, including issuing a refund at our discretion. Discretionary refunds are not a contractual right and do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described, which remain fully protected under Spanish and EU law.
License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a MINCA product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own private practice. You may print materials for your own use.
You may not: share, forward, resell, or redistribute the files or your access credentials; upload materials to any public or shared platform; use the content to teach, train, or create derivative products; or remove any copyright notices. Doing so infringes our intellectual property rights and may result in access being revoked without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website and in our products — including videos, text, photographs, illustrations, routines, logos, and design — is the property of Julia Stewart / MINCA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit anything harmful or unlawful.
Health Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Your use of our products is subject to the Disclaimer & Health Disclaimer published on this Website, which forms part of these Terms. In short: our content is educational, not medical advice; consult your doctor before beginning; practise within your abilities; and you participate at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MINCA and Julia Stewart shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law, including liability for fraud, for faulty products, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at julia@minca.es — we genuinely want to resolve any problem directly. Consumers in Spain may also address complaints to the official consumer arbitration bodies (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo).
