In their words

From students of the Tai Chi Warmups course.

I said yes to this course over others because it felt the most professional and human, not AI.

Course student

I do the exercises every morning to invigorate my body and every evening to shake off the day's tensions.

Course student

Sticking to this routine every single morning has helped my neck pain more than anything I tried in physiotherapy. No kidding.

Course student

It's really quality. Everything is so well thought out. The moves are clear and easy to follow.

Course student

You're radiant and it shines through the screen and helps me to stay motivated. And I love your little jump at the end of each film.

Course student

They have been a wonderful way to bring me to movement, light of heart, and joyous.

Your teacher

Hi, I'm Julia

I'm a movement and creativity educator based in Barcelona. I film every routine outdoors, by the sea and in the mountains, so you can bring a little of that calm into your own home.

My courses are gentle by design: short, clear and easy to follow, with just enough Chinese medicine to understand why each movement helps.

Questions

Do I need any experience?
No. Both courses are designed for beginners. Foundations is the gentlest place to start.
Is it suitable if I have limited mobility?
The movements are gentle and can be adapted. You can practice standing, near a chair for balance, and move within your own range. If you have a health condition, please check with your doctor before starting.
How long does it take each day?
Most routines take 10–15 minutes. The Winter course adds about 5 minutes of reading and one small weekly experiment.
How long do I have access?
The course materials are yours to keep, so you can come back to them whenever you like.
I have another question
Write to me at julia@minca.es and I'll get back to you.
