HOW IT WORKS

  1. Each week for eight weeks, I’ll send you one new follow-along video routine.

  2. You’ll practice that routine throughout the week, until the next one arrives. It builds consistency while keeping things fresh.

  3. By the end, you’ll have a complete library of 8 Tai Chi Warmup videos you can return to anytime — they’re yours forever.

Hi, I’m Julia

I'm the founder of MINCA, and I believe movement should feel like a gift you give yourself, not a chore or strain.

Movement has been my lifelong love. I'm a certified Sivananda Yoga instructor, a former three-sport varsity athlete, and I’ve been a student of everything from gymnastics and dance to strength training, swimming, tennis, skiing, Thai Massage, and now Tai Chi.

This Tai Chi Warmup practice is what I wish everyone had access to: simple + effective, so you can begin today and keep using it as you age.
