What a few minutes a day can do
Gentle movement for the joints, the back and the neck, including for people with arthritis.
Steadier legs and better coordination, to help you stay independent.
Slow breath and focused movement leave you feeling grounded and centered.
Based on Chinese medicine, the movements support the Kidneys, Lungs and Heart.
Routines short enough to do every day, long after the course is done.
No experience needed. Every movement is explained clearly and simply.
Sticking to this routine every single morning has helped my neck pain more than anything I tried in physiotherapy. No kidding!”
Everything is ready the day you join
Each one is 10 to 15 minutes, filmed outdoors by the sea and in the mountains.
Short lessons on Tai Chi, Qigong, Qi and Chinese medicine, plus simple tips on breath, stance and posture.
A PDF of every routine to keep beside you, and a habit tracker to help you keep going.
About the routines
The routines are quiet and easy to follow. There’s no talking or music, just the natural sounds of wherever I’m filming: waves, birds or the wind.
On-screen text shares the benefits of each movement, with posture and breathing cues, so you always know what to do and why.
They’re filmed horizontally, so they’re perfect on a computer or TV. You can also watch on your phone.

One routine each week
All seven routines are there from day one. Practice one each week, so it has time to become your own.
In their words
Hi, I’m Julia
I’m an artist, educator and the founder of MINCA. Movement has been my lifelong love: I’m a certified Sivananda Yoga instructor and a former three-sport varsity athlete, and I’ve studied everything from dance and gymnastics to Thai massage and now Tai Chi.
These warmups are what I wish everyone had access to: simple, effective and explained clearly, so you can begin today and keep using them as you age.

Follow the seasons
When you’re ready to go deeper, the seasonal courses add Chinese medicine, the meridians and living in tune with the time of year.
